99ply Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Guidelines

To register and use the 99ply platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Registering an account is considered an acknowledgement that you meet all the requirements below.

• Age requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older. 99ply takes seriously its responsibility to prevent access by underage individuals, and we reserve the right to request age verification at any time.
• One account per individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on 99ply. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your full name, phone number, and banking details — must be truthful and accurate. False information may result in immediate account suspension.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 99ply conducts identity verification in accordance with compliance requirements. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identification card or relevant documents for verification before a withdrawal is processed.

Your 99ply account is for your personal use only. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including all financial transactions and wagering activity.

Keep your password confidential. 99ply will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone call. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately via live chat, available 24/7.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Do not use another person's account or allow others to use your account.
• Do not use any automated software, bots, or systems designed to exploit the platform.
• Do not engage in any activity deemed fraudulent, involving money laundering, or manipulating the system.

99ply supports a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including online bank transfers via FPX, internet banking, and selected e-wallets. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 30. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes after payment is confirmed by the financial institution. 99ply does not charge any fees for standard deposits.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 business hours. Funds will be credited directly to the Malaysian bank account registered under your name. The bank account name must match the name registered on your 99ply account.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the name of the registered user.
• 99ply reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review if suspicious activity is detected.
• Your first withdrawal may require KYC verification before it is processed.
• In the event of excess credits due to a technical error, 99ply reserves the right to make the necessary correction.

99ply offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer.

The wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. It is the user's responsibility to read and understand these conditions before claiming any bonus.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and wins.
• 99ply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses obtained through unauthorized means or fraud will be voided immediately.

All games on the 99ply platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or are managed by reputable licensed software providers. All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the applicable price. 99ply reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of a technical error, a significant odds-setting mistake, or if the relevant match is cancelled or postponed in accordance with the sports operator's policy.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except through the Cash Out function (where available).
• If a match is postponed for more than 24 hours, the related bet will be declared void and the stake refunded.
• Any attempt to exploit delays in live betting odds updates is strictly prohibited.

• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected or identified.
• Multiple account ownership detected.
• Repeated or serious violations of these terms and conditions.
• Requests from relevant authorities.

The 99ply platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we do not guarantee that it will be free from technical errors, disruptions, or uninterrupted availability.

99ply is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions or system outages beyond our control.
• Betting or game outcomes that do not meet user expectations.
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing by third-party financial institutions.

99ply's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Continued use of the 99ply platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the latest version of those terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms and conditions from time to time.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to settle the dispute through binding arbitration.
